Actionable Decline Ratios — CIT vs MIT

CIT = customer-initiated MIT = merchant-initiated ("-attempt-") Excl: INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS, LOST/STOLEN, INVALID_CARD, EXPIRED

Methodology: Denominator = all unique users who attempted payment with that method+type in each bucket, regardless of outcome. Numerator = users with at least one actionable decline. Non-actionable reasons excluded from numerator only: INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS, LOST_OR_STOLEN_CARD, INVALID_CARD_NUMBER, EXPIRED_CARD. Revenue = sum of settled payment amounts. Amounts in minor units (cents) divided by 100.
